Mark G. Pedretti

Reed Smith’s Executive Committee and a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee Advisory Board. He specializes in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and fund formation.

Mark’s practice focuses on public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and management buyouts, particularly in the financial services/fin-tech, life sciences and healthcare, technology, media and entertainment, real estate and hospitality, manufacturing and industrials and consumer and retail industries.

Mark has extensive fund formation experience, representing both GPs and LPs. He represents issuers and investors in public and private debt and equity capital markets transactions as well as advises boards of directors and management teams.
