Vietnam Equity Holding (the “Company”) is pleased to announce its first Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held at Salon 1, Mezzanine, Park Hyatt Saigon, 2 Lam Son Square, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City , Vietnam on Friday June 12, 2009 at 14:30 Vietnam time.

The purpose of the AGM is to consider and approve the audited financial statements, director’s report and auditor’s report of the Company for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008. The narrative Annual Report of the Company is available in our investor only section now.
