Anpha Capital Group announced the initial public offering of its two investment companies


Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, November 28th, 2007 - Anpha Capital Group (ACG) today announced the initial public offering (IPO) of its two investment companies, Vietnam Equity Holding (VEH) and Vietnam Property Holding (VPH) on the Frankfurt stock exchange.

Both VEH and VPH are managed by Anpha Capital Management Company (ACMC). The shares of VEH will be designated by stock code A0M12V, and VPH will be designated by stock code A0M12W. Both companies have commenced trading on the Frankfurt stock exchange effective today, while trading on Xetra will start on Friday, November 30, 2007.

Anpha Capital Group raised US$80million in the initial round due last October 19, 2007 and is expected to close the general round this Friday, November 30th, 2007.
