- Saigon Asset Management is a fund management company focusing on the Vietnamese equity and property markets. We provide asset management and advisory services to foreign companies and individuals who seek to invest in this rapidly growing economy.
- We are currently developing new funds to take advantage of many favorable investment opportunities. The new Indochina Energy Holding has a proposed size of US$300mn and will invest in energy projects and companies throughout the Indochina region to capitalize on the need for significantly increased investment.
- SAM is currently managing two Vietnam-focused funds: Vietnam Equity Holding (VEH) and Vietnam Property Holding (VPH) which are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Xetra.
- VEH invests in listed, pre-listing, and private companies, with a Net Asset Value of approximately US$75 million.
- VPH invests in real estate projects and companies, with a NAV of approximately US$50 million.
- LCF Rothschild Report designated VEH and VPH as the two best performing Vietnam-focused equity and real estate funds in 2008 and 2009 respectively.
